What time will the band arrive?
From 5pm – We ask for two hours to set up, preferably without any guests present, to minimise any unnecessary inconvenience.

Please note – For our wedding clients, if your evening event is taking place in the same room as the ceremony we will liaise with the venue or your planner on your behalf to agree upon setting up schedules.

How long do the band play for?
2 x 45 min sets at times previously agreed upon.
How long is your break(s)?
Typically around twenty minutes.
What time do you start playing?
If you have booked us with our DJ services he will provide music from whenever you require. The Band advise a 9pm start time but this is entirely your decision.
Can we choose what songs the band perform?
You are welcome to choose your favourites from the song lists here on the website, but please let us know before your event so we can plan them into our set list!
What do the band wear?
We all have clothes on! The band dress in a variety of smart attire in keeping with our publicity photos.
Will the band require refreshments?
If we are with you for most of the day either performing or setting up we request a meal be provided along with free soft drinks. Please remember our work day is long and very energetic often not finishing until after 1am.
How do I confirm a booking?
By email. We will need your home address and contact details along with the venue address and as much information about timings of your day as possible. You will be asked for a 10% deposit to secure your booking.
Do the package prices include travel?
Yes, if it’s within a 25 mile radius of our base in Alcester, Warwickshire. Further distances will be subject to an additional cost to be agreed at the time of booking.
Are there any ’hidden’ or additional charges?
Apart from a possible additional travel cost (see above) NO!  If you require a service from our “On Request” section (see below) YES!  But a full breakdown of our charges will be provided to you if this is the case. All our charges are inclusive of VAT.
What if the band or a member of the band can’t make it on the day?
We use professional Dep musicians in case of illness or emergency.
Do the band provide the PA System and lighting?
Yes, we provide all PA equipment and lighting.
Do we need to hire a stage for the band?
No, whilst a stage adds to the general ‘look’ it is not neccesary, we just need ample room for the size of the band and equipment.
What power supplies do the band require?
Four independent standard 13 amp sockets are sufficient.
Do the band have PAT test certificates and Public Liability Insurance?
Yes. All our equipment is PAT tested by an accredited independent tester and our Public Liability Insurance covers us up to £5 million.  Copies of our PAT and PLI certificates are available to you if required by your venue.
